• Shipping is worldwide.
• Please allow 1-3 days for handling.
• Please allow 7-15 working days for to receive your order, not including handling time. 
• Please note, that during Holiday periods, shipping times may increase significantly, due to system volume. 
• If ordering multiple items, you may receive more than one package and/or receive one package before another.

• All items are shipped with a tracking number.
• Please allow 5 days for your tracking number to show in the courier's tracking system.

As intermediaries, our products do not pass through us, we order them directly from our supplier located in China and they are sent to your homes.

Any problem or delay in shipping does not depend on us, it is a matter of the customs of the countries and the courier companies.

CUSTOMS

Unfortunately, customs carries out random checks of packages imported to our country. If you are of that 1% who have touched your package during a review, the shipping company will have had to pay the amount required by customs to be able to pick up your package, amount you must pay to them to make delivery of this . We are not legally responsible for this payment, it is established that the buyer will face it.

If your parcel gets stoped in customs for destroy we will offer you a full refund or we will send you the parcel again.
